Recip of fast inserter

What if you make the fast inserter needing lubricant to build similar to express belts?
It would make the early midgame harder since you have to factor lubricant production into your layout for blue science packs but I think it makes sense thematically and adds a nice challenge early midgame.

1. Blue is already a gigantic leap in complexity from Green.
2. It's actually pretty trivial to make lubricant. All your proposal would do is create an extra pipe we have to run to our factory.
It would also add another step into the tech tree (outside of science packs) - fast inserters aren't just used as science pack components...
