[Rseding91] FPS Drop when reviewing blueprint

FPS Drops significantly (from 60 to 16) while blueprinting. UPS unaffected. FPS remains low, even when done with selecting and simply looking at the "save" blueprint screen. As, at this stage, I am not providing any user input or selecting any entities that would (in my amateur opinion) , this seems like a bug. The blueprint I noticed this with has approximately 5K entities. I did a quick search for FPS on this bug forum but it returned no results (which I find strange).
