The game stop at 98% at the loading screen.

If you want anyone to help you with this, please post a startup log located in the game files.

Hi, at that point it tries to load content of data\core\tips-and-tricks\tips-and-tricks.json
So the file is probably corrupted. If you use Steam version, go to Factorio properties and verify game cache integrity.
