I cannot currently play Factorio due to the fact that whenever I open the game, it opens in the top left corner of my screen with an unreadable size, and seems to be scaled improperly, as the only menu option I can read is "options".

My OS is Win7, not sure if any other info is needed.

It is not that same issue as far as i can tell. I can actually see the factorio window, and the loading screen, but it's just unreadably small, Here's the best I can do at a picture.. Also, it doesn't show up on the Windows Key + Tab menu, and pressing Windows + D minimizes it and then brings it to the front again, but it maintains that small size.

I move this now to help board, cause it is a known bug.

to solve this i went into my %appdata% and found the config file and looked for fullscreen and turned it to false



... just noticed this is two years later
