[14.21]Problems with manually connected power poles.

First:
1)Place 2 power poles and use shift+LMB to break connections.
2)Place third pole. It connects to both poles.
Expected behavior: Do not connect to to pole with disabled connections.
3)Remove third pole. 2 first poles reconnected.
Expected behavior: No connection between poles.

Second:
Blueprints ignores disabled connections.
1)Copy poles from image 1 to blueprint.
2)Place blueprint in world. Poles connected.
Expected behavior: No connection between poles.
I believe it 2 symptoms of same problem.

You can not disable connections of a pole, you can only remove the connections that are there right now. You can make a development suggestion for this to be changed though.

Bug or not this behavior makes this functionality borderline unusable.
I spend a hour designing circuit controlled power net. Placed a pole in wrong place. Few connections broken. This annoying.
Tried save it to blueprint and make a copy. All connections broken. This infuriating.
Expected behavior after shift+LMB on power pole:
All automatic connections to this pole must be disabled.
Only manual connections allowed.
Blueprints must save status of power pole and manual connections.

You expectation is wrong, that doesn't make this a bug. Shift-clicking a power pole removes all current connections from it, nothing more. That's how it's worked since it was implemented. No special status is given, so no further action can take this into account.
Also, the tone of your post doesn't make it a valid idea or suggestion. Try making a proper post with a well-formed suggestion and your ideas for implementation in the Ideas&Suggestions board.

My point is: This behavior almost useless. Result is very fragile and can not be copied by blueprints.

My quote in your post is exact description of desired behavior.
Can you understand it or more clarifications needed?

I think OP does have a good point, that blueprints don't store the wiring connections for poles inside the blueprint. I think it's reasonable to expect a blueprint to reproduce the setup. Certainly my expectation for a blueprint of four poles not connected to each other would be four poles not connected to each other. Having them connect to pre-existing nearby poles would be expected, just not to each other unless that's what was blueprinted.
