Ban Reason on Rejoin

The reason that a player has been banned for should be shown when they try to reconnect, for example if they believe they were banned in error there could be a link to a place to appeal their ban in the reason. Doesn't seem to be a clear reason why this doesn't happen already, and I feel like this is a small but useful enhancement for servers. Thanks
