Prioritize Ghost buildings and blueprint construction

At one of my outposts I put down some blueprints. I put a bunch of walls in a provider chest for the bots and expected then to go to work. It was very confusing when nothing seemed to happen.

I literally did that three more times, putting more and more walls in the chest until I realized the bots were returning the walls to my inventory due to my player logistic settings.

This is not good. The prioritization system should favor ghost buildings over player inventory.

If this would be like that, someone would post a topic about the opposite. I'd say the player is the most important thing in the game. When a player requests items, he should get them first so he doesn't have to wait for the materials to arrive. If you do it the opposite way, a player might wait very long for his stuff to arrive, making the game more about waiting than actually playing.

If you do get building materials you don't need, or have a higher priority for, remove them from your requests.

I am unsure, but just in case:
You know that you need construction robots to build blueprints?

I would change this suggestion in "Rethinking the whole player request stuff". There are a lot of stuff about it:
- Some want not only requests, they also want provide.
- Some want just one stack of bullets and when ready the request is deleted.
- Some want, that they can request the items for building X items of Y.
... many more small suggestions about this ... no need to change priority, cause as Gammro said the player is the most important. Think you request laser-towers, but the other laser towers are delivered first.
