[0.9.8 Windows 7x64] Game window does not open on startup

For some reason, when launching the game, the game window is not visible. The only way to get the window to appear is to use the windows key + D to minimize and maximize the game.

Thanks for the workaround! Had Factorio running fine for weeks, but this issue just started today.
