[0.14.20]-Windows x64 Installer text bug

I tried to install factorio with instaler from official web. It downloands normally, but when I opened it it looks that :

There was something writed but it was unreadable.

This is the language selector.
Select your language in the dropdown menu to see the dialog window in that language.

EDIT: The language does not change instantly, press 'Accepta' after selecting it from the menu.

Maybe it should preselect the system language.
Not everyone understands Spanish.
