Allow keybinds on second action bar, eliminate swapping

The current keybinding is kludgy, to the point that I pretty much only use my alternate actionbar for storage. I never ever swap the bars.
Instead of having to swap the bars, it would be an absolute dream if we could simply bind all 20 slots to different key combinations. I searched a lot of permutations but was shocked to not find this. Back in my World of Warcraft days, I had 30+ keybinds set up, there are plenty of left-hand-friendly combinations. 1-6, Alt+1-6, Shift+1-6, `, ~, etc. (Nevermind those of us with mice with obscene numbers of buttons.)
Thanks for a legendary game, though, and I must say that otherwise, the UI and controls are really superb. Going back to some Stardew Valley after playing Factorio is a little rough and really highlights just how well thought out your UI and controls are.
