Radar overlays not showing or showing very intermittently in version 0.14.20 with this large map. Worked fine in 0.14.19. Pressing alt makes no difference.

Just give it a time. It will eventually get there. There was a fix in charting rails, which causes whole map to be recharted. This takes time, several minutes on your huge map (approx. 20 minutes on my computer).
