Factorio plays fine normally but when I have a twitch stream up on my other monitor I get some lag/stuttering fairly often. Not sure the reason as I can play games alot more demanding while watching streams. Any ideas on a fix or workaround?

I did have the same problem with Youtube/Netflix.
For me the solution was to enable Vsync in the graphics settings, since then it has been working without problems.
