Hi. I bought this twice due to some issues with the card payment section, but I'm not too bothered because I have a friend who I know will love it as much as I do. Is it as simple as letting him have the second code I received, or is it tied to my registration?

Just give him the code, as I know it is intended, that you can gift the codes to others.
