[MOD 0.10.x] PowerLimiter & DMG v0.0.7

I will introduce you next mod... This time its PowerLimiter
This mod adds 4 new items.
Power Limiter:
Dark Matter Generator Mk1,2,3:


To use power limiter you have to do few things:
- Do proper research
- Build power limiter
- Hover mouse button over power limiter to activate settings menu
- Change its power limit, use either +/- or text box and then press SET button next to it.
Settings Menu:
Power limiter is very similar to accumulator but with very low capacity and possibility to change its power flow limits in the range of 10kW to 5MW with step of 10kW.
Dark Matter Generator (DMG) is a modified solar panel that work 24h/day, and produce lot of energy... and some pollution, and cost a
lot, both in research and build. Dark Matter Generator act as generator:
- Build it
- connect to electric network
- end
DMG produces 1500kW at mk1, 7500kW at mk2, and 55000kW at mk3.

I have no idea what kind of information You need. Do you want more comments in control.lua script so the code will be more understandable, or you want more information about purpose of using this devices

I look to right picture and see 5000kW=5GW. Its not true. But in text all right: 5000kW is 5 MW

Limit is 5000kW=5MW

How to reproduce it. Is it working correctly and then bug or the bug is at starting game. Wired because limiter graphics are copied from original accumulator and colored in Photoshop. I will try to reproduce and fix it.

know its not much but I think that the generators need more 'new' parts to make it instead of hundreds of circuits.

Mk3 Produces only 3MW energy, but it needs 100 Mk1 generators... So it's cheaper to create 100 Mk1 and get 100MW instead of creating 1 Mk3 and get only 3MW... I think it needs to rebalance, somekind like mk1=1MW, mk2=7MW,mk3=50-60MW, just for space economy... In other ways there is no sense to make mk2 and mk3 right now...
