Not sure if this is a bug or intended behaviour.

I use a mod that marks empty Mining drills as to be decronstructed, it does this also for the attached passive providers.
Now I noticed that all the passive providers that are marked as to be deconstructed are not used by logistics bots despite the fact that the resources are supposed to be picked up.

An improvement to the behaviour of the logistics bots would be if they would help construction bots with emptying providers because that is still within their responsibilities.
This would also solve this bug because empty mining posts would still operate until their providers are emptied.

Logistics robots don't do deconstruction and once you mark a chest for deconstruction it's no longer part of the network. That's by design.

The mod author that does the auto deconstruction order for mining outpost should mark chest to be deconstructed only when they have been emptied. It will also solve the issue.
