Dear Everyone,

I would really like to have short descriptions for every single entity in the game. So far only a few have these, and they are always useful. I would be willing to write them, If others want to join in, maybe we could do it in this thread.

Here are some suggestions:
stone = A heavy stone
wooden-chest=A Chest made out of wood
stone-furnace=Here you can smelt iron and copper ore
basic-transport-belt=Better than carrying
fast-transport-belt=Faster than the normal one

Can that be closed? I'm currently not sure, how the current descriptions we now have are working in detail.

Right now there are descriptions missing in game for most of the stuff, theres only descriptions for science packs and logistics chests, maybe some others i missed but i just briefly checked.

It wouldn't be too hard to pool together and make a community pack sort've thing, but implementation in the base game would be the devs work

Item/entity descriptions would be locale things - you (and anyone interested) should be able to add them from the same location other locale stuff is done.

I see. For those who are interested: Look in the locales for "[item-description]" or "[entity-description]" or "[modifier-description]" or "[technology-description]".
