[14.14] BP transfer via mods enables production of unavailable items.

- • Save a blueprint in a game where you have researched e.g. productivity modules 3 with an assembler producing these items
• In a game, where you haven't researched this technology, load the blueprint (currently via mods, but I think this will affect 0.15 too)
• Place the blueprint and let it build via construction robots
• You now have a working factory that can produce not yet researched items.
