[14.14] BP transfer via mods enables production of unavailable items.

How to reproduce:
  • • Save a blueprint in a game where you have researched e.g. productivity modules 3 with an assembler producing these items
    • In a game, where you haven't researched this technology, load the blueprint (currently via mods, but I think this will affect 0.15 too)
    • Place the blueprint and let it build via construction robots
    • You now have a working factory that can produce not yet researched items.
I hope a savegame is not needed - if so, I can make one to speed up fixing this bug.

There's no bug. That's just what ever mod you're using doing what ever it likes.

Talk to the mod author if you think it should be changed.
