Factorio Server in a Freenas jail

I have a rather powerful server that I run freenas on, is there a way to run a factorio server inside a Freenas jail? Anyone know how to set something like this up?
FreeNAS is based on BSD, isnt it? So... you would have to activate Linux Binary Compatibility.
I have never worked with BSD, but I guess its a ton of work. Missing Libraries and other stuff.
