Make blueprints override deconstruction jobs

This has happened to me several times, which has prompted me to post this. I believe that when placing a blueprint, if a component of that blueprint exists but is scheduled for deconstruction, then the deconstruction job should be removed. For instance, when rotating solar farms, although several panels/accumulators between the two are placed in the same position, they are still removed and replaced when the job is executed. Sorry if it's hard to read, further explanation of what I'm trying to say on request.
EDIT: Basically, what I'm saying is that if an object marked for deconstructed has its ghost placed under it, then the original object should be unmarked.
