Is it possible to swap inlets of chemical plants that require two different liquids ?

When a chemical plant requires two different liquids, and the nearby pipes are not arranged optimally, then it becomes quite awkward to try to arrange and connect them in the right order, especially if the nearby area is already full of other stuff. Attempts to work around the situation sometimes end in a mishap sending wrong stuff to wrong pipes and then one needs to clean the mess

At the moment no, it has been suggested, although I can't remember the outcome. :/
