Filtered toolbelt slot for bullets does not get place priority

Usually when a filter is set for the tool belt at the bottom of the screen and you gain an item of the right type it will be placed in the tool belt instead of the main inventory. Not so with bullets. They get placed into the main inventory (my weapon slots are full) preventing the use of hot keys to get bullets for turrets.
