Circuit condition rotatable belts

I'm looking for an addon that can rotate a selected portion of belt based on circuit conditions.

As an example, I'd like to be able to tell belt1 to be facing left if input=coal, right if input=iron ore, or down if neither if those are true. Items that travel downwards from belt1 would come to belt2, which can be given it's own set of filters.

This would be very similar to "Belt Sorter", but would rotate the affected belt without destroying or creating new items. It would also not actively sort items for you, so it would not work properly if there were two or more items on the belt at the same time. I actually would prefer this limitation, as belt sorter feels a little too 'cheaty' to me.

Ideally it would function as if you were hovering over the belt and tapping 'R' to rotate the belt yourself.

What happens if the input has different items on both lanes? For example, it's left lane contains coal and the right lane contains iron ore?

I'd be most interested in using it as a train loader/unloader, so ideally there would only be one item type on the belt at a time. You'd have items going onto the wrong belts otherwise.

For situations where you have two more more items on the belt that each meet a condition I suppose you could have the circuit set up so that if more than one condition is true it turns the belt back on itself so the line stops instead of letting items go where you don't want them.
