[0.14.13][posila]Game takes half of screen on UHD resolution

When you start the game in d3d mode on UHD screen (big TV) it will take only upper half of screen when scaling option in windows is set to 200%.
It looks like game detects resolution improperly - width is correct but height is not.
Setting scaling to 100% in windows mages game detect the display properly but everything else is then very tiny - would need to change scaling to 100% for game and back to 200% for anything else.

Scaling option is named: "Change the size of text, apps and other items" in windows 10 customise display menu.
Here's the log from startup with 200% scaling enabled (game is set up to use 2nd monitor as preffered one):

Could you provide a screenshot or a picture of exactly what the screen looks like?

Factorio still doesn't support per-monitor DPI setting introduced in Windows 8, but it shouldn't behave like described.
I'll take a look at it.

Attached screenshot.
It's scaled down to 25% of original so looks a bit blurry.

Thanks for the report.
Should be fixed in 0.14.14 ... hopefully without breaking anything :)

It's interesting when I tried it (on normal FullHD screen) I had quite opposite result. Factorio filled full screen, but I could see just top left quarter of Factorio.
