Problem updating factorio through a proxy

EDIT: working now no idea what fixed it
I am getting this error when trying to update factorio:
I am using proxifier to try and force it through the proxy but it doesnt work have also tried without it still doesnt work.
Any ideas?
I am on windows 8 64 bit
