Official "stable" version?

It seems like I should know this, but I couldn't figure it out. Where can I find out what the current "stable" version is? I checked
http://www.factorio.com without results. The reason I ask is I let my version updates lag, I'm playing 13.11. I'd like to update, but I'm not sure what version I should update to,,,

If you go to downloads you see it: The stable version is, what's marked as "stable".

Hmm, so in Steam it looks like all of 14 is experimental. Sound right?

For us steam users, the stable release is 0.13.20-0 as of posting this.
