First of all, this started the second time I launched the game. When I first launched the game I was watching a video and letting it load, and left it to load for a while. After 5 minutes, I went to check, and the menu had suddenly became white. I didn't think much of it, and tried to reload. Now whenever I reload I am stuck with a unexpected error happened, if running newest version, please report it. Here are all of my logs:

Thank you for viewing my post, by the way if you dont see the title I do not have any mods installed I just want to play the game I bought, I have 29 minutes on it for being afk and trying to load it again and again, it never works. Thank you - Dark1133

When I do that, it just doesnt even bring up factorio app, and I forgot to mention Im on mac if you didn't see, and i also changed it so it didnt have the -- infront, and the same thing happens when i do that, finally to bring this up this is happening to all of my versions, including standard, if that helps

How much RAM do you have?

Ah, I forgot the --gfx-safe-mode option was added in version 0.14 (-- is needed). For it to work, you have to go to Factorio properties, tab Betas and opt-in into "experimental-0.14". Than the option should work and it should make Factorio run on your Macbook.

I'm typing on the phone first so I will edit if tries works, but if i want to play with my friends and their playing on non beta, 13 how can I play with them.

You'd need a better computer.

From what I saw 4 gbs of ram is good for the game. Also I'm in school so I cant run the game since steam is blocked. The only requirement I do not comply with is the vram, I have 384 mb.

If you manage to start the game in 0.14 version with --gfx-safe-mode option, the game will create config file with graphics settings and the game will still work if you switch back to 0.13.
Also if you want to play multiplayer, 0.14 already provides better multiplayer experience than 0.13 does.

Your computer should be adequate for playing Factorio, but it crashes in graphics driver for reason unknown to me. I don't know if updating graphics driver is a thing on Mac, it probably comes always with OS X update.

I will try to see if I can update my mac tonight, and will get back to you if going on 0.14 then 0.13 works, thank you.

It's called config.ini, but it is created after the game launches for the first time.

I still think the best solution for you is to update to experimental-0.14 beta, use --gfx-safe-mode launch option. If that will make the game load, remove the launch option, and opt-out of experimental beta.

Alright Ill try it when I get home, and when i try to launch on 13 do i get rid of the --gfx-safe-mode launch option
