Hi
I made an update for a mod developed by someone else. I try to contacted him to update his mod but he didn't answer. And I can't upload on my own, because it has the same name as his. Finally, I don't want to change the name, I picked up 90% of his job, I don't feel to take it as my own. Any suggestion?

I've seen quite a few people update abandoned mods - just upload it as new mod to the mod portal, but with links to the original and author to make it obvious that you're not the original developer.
