There is no spoon achievement in MP

Hi! My friend and me tried to rush 8hours achievement tonight and it failed. We got Logistic network embargo and Smoke me a kipper achievements though and the game time was 7.5 hours. Is it broken or it can't be achieved in MP?

We also didn't get "Steam all the way", but we didn't place any solar panel

You can get them in MP, but not in peaceful mode.
Click the button in the top right to see what achievements your game settings allows.
