i've got a server up and running. i'd really like the ability to filter connections by ping.
guessing the setting could be put in server-settings.json. have messages such as "could not connect, ping limit reached"
or "you have been kicked due to high ping".

would of course be optional for you folks that like to host global games.

thoughts, opinions?
