[0.14.7] Crash when placing rails with bots

I got the default error telling me to post the log and save files, so here they are.
When it first happened I was placing the rails with bots, but it happens because the second rail from the top is placed (also manually)
It is reproducible (it always happens)
- Placing the lower piece crashes the game. The upper piece is fine.
