Unexpected error

Game crashed on a multiplayer game, using 14.7.
I was messing with the rail signaling and my friend was looking around doing nothing specific.
The game is played with 2 players only.
This problem happend three times in a row, just after updating from 14.4, with nothing in common, except the savegame being played.
We are using the railtanker mod version annexed.
