Does anyone know of a mod that records server login/logout events with the username? The standard factorio log file doesn't have a whole lot in it.

Depending on the performance hit, you could even log things like if someone deconstructs more than X items in Y minutes or shoots X player created items inside Y minutes.

An Anti-Griefing tool would be nice or possible to disallow PvP-Killer
maybe some Mod-Devs can do something about that?
