[0.14.5] Dedicated Server desync loop on join

Hello everyone.

I am playing with some other players on my dedicated server, but from time to time we get desync loop while joining the server.

I have attached desync-report, server log and our modpack is: http://bit.ly/2cHrN3S

I server log I see:
