[0.14.4] Train getting stuck/pathing problem

I've been trying to hunt down a pathing problem with trains for some time now, and I've finally managed to capture a train in the process of getting stuck. I checked on Windows 10 and Debian Jessie, it reliably gets stuck on both.
If, upon loading, you immediately run northwest, you can see train "Williston" getting stuck at the exit of station "HQ - Manu X". This "regularly" happens to me, I've collected 7 savegames with stuck trains, but this is the first time I've caught one in the action. All I need to do is switch the stuck train to manual and back to automatic, and everything will chug along nicely.
