Cannot join multiplayer

I've been playing single player for so long, I am just starting to run a MP server. I'm not completely sure how much info you need; but I hope I gave enough.
Server is a 64-bit Fedora linux, run the game with --start-server <filename>
I can connect with another Windows 10 x64 PC just fine and played for a few minutes.
I'm somewhere else, later, on a Win10 x64 PC again and I get this dialog after downloading the map. I have no clue what it's actually telling me, in light of how to fix it. This is why I'm here. See attachment.
I know I'm running 0.13.20 x64 on both ends, I am running linux on server side, Windows on the client side.
Please throw me some suggestions, I'm not sure what to start with.
