[Multiplayer] Dedicated server lag with more than 2 people

Hello!
I have a Dedicated server (ubuntu server x64), quad core, 6 GB ram, SSD, 10 Gbit port speed connection.
Im starting the server with the command:
When 2 people are online, everything is good. No lag at all.
When +1 people join, the server starts lagging so much.
Can anyone help me fixing this lag when more than 2 people are online?
I can give access to the server if you want to config it.

nohup /opt/factorio/factorio/bin/x64/factorio --latency-ms 300 --autosave-interval 15 --autosave-slots 5 --allow-commands false --server-settings "server-settings.json" --start-server server.zip &When +1 people join, the server starts lagging so much.
Can anyone help me fixing this lag when more than 2 people are online?
