[0.14.3] in the initial state, Japanese is not displayed

Since font information in the initial state is not present, Japanese is not displayed.
You can display it by append following A to B, but I want to the initial state this in 0.14.4.

Otherwise, multiplayer gets confused you change more than that from 0.14.2.
