[0.14] mod portal version not updated

if you look at
https://mods.factorio.com/
add click "recently updated"
you will see that all last updated mods (that are now compatible with 0.14) are marked 0.13 compatible, which is not clear for user.

Yeah, that's all kinds of broken and wrong, I'm trying to find ways to fix it.
