cant get full game after purchasing

i played the demo liked it and so i bought the game and it just sent me a link to the demo download page note any alpha download or anything so now i cant do anything beside the first demo missions in the campaign
is this normal how to i get the full game and not just the demo?

Did you thoroughly read the noreply e-mail that was sent to you about account activation?

I bought the alpha, followed the instructions in the email and then at the end of mission 3? (the radar tower one) it says i should buy the alpha.... Don't know if this is the same bug/issue.

The first three missions are the same in the demo and in the alpha (with the same ending screen). You can see if your game is demo or alpha by checking out the about section from the main menu.
