[13.17] "Can't play replay. Replay date were not found."

I'm not certain why I'm getting this message. I just finished a game. (11h 57min, WOO)
On the finishing screen is the button to "save replay".
It doesn't seem to matter if I save the replay under the same name or a different name.
If I go back to the menu and select "replay game", and then select the game I just saved, it gives me the error "Can't play replay. Replay date were not found."
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

When you created the map, did you choose to save the replay data?

Can you post the save that gives you that error?

Sorry to be a noob, but I don't know where the save files are located. I'm running Steam on Windows 10.

You probably just didn't check the "enable replay" when starting your map. The save file you provided doesn't have a replay contained in it (as it does when you don't check that checkbox).

That makes sense. Thanks for checking! It seems odd that you have the option to "save replay" at the end if there is no replay to save!
Is there a disadvantage to not having it enabled by default?

It makes the save files a lot larger and take longer to save/load.
