When ghost building (Shift+LMB) a locomotive on ghost tracks factorio froze up making windows ask me if I wanted to close it.

Hello,
thank you for the report. It happened whenever the player tried to build locmotive/cargo wagon as ghost, no matter if it was over ghost rails or nothing.

It is fixed for 0.9.9 or 0.10.0.
