Is it possible to have multiple locale files?

I need to know if it is possible to have multiple locale files for the same language. If it is, do I need to set something up so that it detects multiple, or does the game automagically detect all of them? Thanks, all!

Yes you can have multiple files, yes it is automagically detected.
