[13.15] Crash in MP: "Sendto failed: Message too long"

I was trying to set up a multiplayer game, but i couldn't because I had 2 problems
the first was that it said "couldnt get connection to the server" or something like that, this happened when my friend hosted the world and i tried to join
The second happened when I tried to host the world on LAN, about 4 seconds after I hosted the game, a message popped up that said: 'an error has ocurred with factorio 0.13.15, please send the game log on the factorio forums so the devs can see it' or something like that. The Log is an attachement, and could you fix this bug soon, I spent a long time preparing everything.

BTW incase it helps I was on Mac (El Capitan), and my friend was on Windows 10

and after the second bug the game crashed and i had to force quit factorio
