When a gate is destroyed and rebuilt by robots its circuit connections are not recreated.

Fixed in Version: 0.13.16
It won't remove a wall's circuit connection when gate is destroyed and ghost is created. The wire will be destroyed if the gate is mined or destroyed when ghosts are not researched.
Walls and gates and wires and ghosts together are tricky, let me know if something else broke in the process.
