[0.13.13] 3+ chests incorrectly summing when replaced

3+ chests that are wired together will sum to an incorrect value when connected to a circuit network and replaced with a different chest type

Steps to Recreated
1) Place 3 chests
2) Connect each chest together with a green wire (or red, doesn't matter)
3) Connect to power line
4) Add 1 item in each chest
5) Sum should be 3
6) Replace chests with a different type of chest
7) Observe value will not say 4, expected 3
8) Keep replacing the chests the the number will continue to increment
With added bots:
Repeat steps 1-4, use a steel chest
5) Request the items from the bot network that you have placed in the chests
6) Change chests to active providers
7) When the bots remove the items, the sum will be 1
Items can be removed, and the count will not correct itself. Only way to correct it appears to be to rewire.
