[Pending] desync loop 13.15

Keep de-syncing, could be after getting an achievement, as I am doing pretty much nothing other than walking around.
No mods installed.

Are you able to reproduce the issue? The save files are so far gone that the diffs show almost everything being different like 2 different saves where used.

I finally found what I think could be the cause of these desyncs and fixed it for 0.13.16. If you keep having desyncs in 0.13.16 please make a new bug report.
