Since version 0.13.10, which is when the game loop was changed, my system uses a high amount of CPU in the main menu.

I have attached two pictures, the first being on 0.13.9 and the second being on 0.13.10. Task manager is next to it indicating the CPU usage on my system.

0.13.9, low CPU usage on main menu
0.13.10, high CPU usage on main menu

I have tested it on 0.13.13 as well, where it still occurs (I haven't tested .11/.12).

Here is the log file. I tried loading up a save and going back to the main menu.
