on_player_changed_surface

with all these new mods exploiting surfaces, it would be very nice to have a on_player_changed_surface event.

I need it for my Drones mod, that would need to know when the "body" is changing surface and no more close to his drones.

Speaking about surface, it seems that there is a problem when you change player.character to a custom entity (one of my drones) that is not on the same surface : the player does not change surface to go into the new character.
