See attached screenshot. I attempted this twice, first time I failed by five minutes, second time passed by a few seconds.

I file this as magic, if you can reproduce this in 13.15 or beyond, just let me know and Ill reopen it.

This must be related to the other bug, where you get an in-game achievement with mods (registering in-game) and when you do it legitimately it doesn't go to the Steam achievements.
You can close this one, as the other is already opened and pending fix.
