[Rseding91] [0.13.13] Watch your Step still not working

I'm playing 0.13.13 and got hit several times by a train on different maps, but don't get the achievement in game and also not on Steam.
I also deleted the achievements.dat file and tried to edit the config.lua as suggested in another post. Both doesn't help.

At this point I'm wondering if this achievement is worth all the trouble...
edit: for clarity, I mean if is worth the developer’s time.

Do you or have you ever run mods on your save?
It might have something to do with experimental versions or commands you ran. However I have not kept up with whats allowed and not allowed for achievements.

No mods used since the update to 0.13, all the saves/maps were created after the update. All other Achievements worked for me.
I also tried the Step with my "8h achivement run" save, so no peaceful mode and no other mods.

Fixed for 0.13.14.
It turns out... it has been fundamentally broken since it was added
